When you register for a FlipTrack workspace, we collect your email address and password to create and secure your account. We do not require, ask for, or store your real name, address, or banking credentials. Your financial data (costs, sales, and item names) is entered manually by you and stored securely in your workspace.
Your authentication and ledger data are hosted on Google Firebase infrastructure. This means your password is cryptographically hashed and never visible to us. Your inventory data is siloed to your specific user ID; no other FlipTrack user can view your numbers.
FlipTrack operates as a strictly manual ledger system. We do not use Plaid or any other financial aggregator to connect to your bank, credit cards, or PayPal accounts. We also do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or inventory data to third-party marketers.
We use essential cookies and local storage tokens strictly to keep you logged in and secure your session via Firebase Auth. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
You have the right to be forgotten. You can delete your account and wipe your entire inventory database at any time from the account settings dashboard. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered by us.
